My recent career has been as a technical author providing documentation for a major global healthcare company based in the Netherlands .

In the past 10 years, my role has been to work alongside product development & service engineers in their role supporting new products, installations, upgrades & modifications.  Many projects were facilitated using a Project Definition to determine the deliverables, timelines & budget costs.
